I booked tickets for a theater performance. Where will my seats be located? What if I decide to cancel?
As a rule, we purchase seats from the 3rd to 12th row in the stalls, if the stalls are not available, we will purchase the first row in the balcony. We will always work to get you the best available seats.
If you’d like to request premium seats, we will be happy to accommodate you. Assuming these seats are available, after reserving them we will ask that you pay the difference.
Payment for any evening activities will be collected on the first day of your tour along with payment for the rest of the tour. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash.
Please note: once theater tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds for any reason because the theaters are unable to issue refunds.
