What if I don’t make it back in time for my ship’s departure? What if I miss my ship?

We guarantee your arrival before the ship’s departure. If you are on a tour with us, you will not miss your ship. We schedule at least one hour between the end of the tour program and your ship’s departure time.

In the hypothetical event that your tour group misses the ship’s departure time, then we will provide you with: a full refund of your tour, transportation to the next port, and accommodations until you are able to board your ship in its next port.
