What will your two days be like?
After disembarking the ship and having your passport checked, you’ll immediately see your tour guide who will show you to your clean air-conditioned minibus.
Your tour will begin by heading for the the city’s historical artery, Nevsky Prospect. Along the way, you will have the chance to snap some photos at some of the best scenic photo stops.
On Nevsky, we will walk along the boulevard and take in the city’s unique architecture and bright colored buildings.
This will give us a chance to introduce the city for you to give you more context about what you’ll see for the rest of your tour.
Next, we will head over to The Hermitage, one of the largest and oldest museums in the world. There, we’ll enter the museum with a special early admission in order to beat the crowds. As a part of the tour you will visit The Winter Palace, the imperial residence of the Russian royal family. Also, as a part of the tour, we will walk along the most beautiful galleries and will see the world-famous masterpieces by da Vinci, Raphael, Rembrandt and others.
Afterwards, we’ll take a break at a nearby café where you’ll be served a satisfying three-course lunch.
When everyone has finished their meal, we will cross over the Neva river and tour Peter and Paul’s Cathedral and Fortress.
There, you will find out about the interesting relationships between the members of the royal family. You’ll also see their final resting places while taking in the impressive gilded interior and exterior.
Then, we will tour the inside of The Church on the Spilled Blood. You’ll be surrounded by its staggering mosaic-lined interior and be awed by its marvelous ornate domes.
Afterwards, we’ll board a boat and go on a cruise through St.Petersburg’s canals and pass under its many bridges. This is one of the things that locals of St.Petersburg love to do during the summer, and there will be no mystery why!
What comes next depends on you: you might find yourself learning how to cook like a Russian chef, enjoying a performance by the most talented ballet company in the world , or something completely different with one of our many unique evening options which include a licensed tour guide and private transportation.
Should you decide not to join us for an evening activity, that’s alright too. We’ll bring you back to your ship in time for your on-board dinner.

We’ll begin our day with a tour of the cavernous and awesome Kazan Cathedral in the heart of St.Petersburg.
Next, we’ll start heading for Peterhoff Park. Along the way, we will stop by some of the world’s most beautiful subway stations and also see some Stalin-era art.
While in the park, you’ll get to learn about enjoy the various gorgeous and playful fountains and gardens within the park of the Czars’ preferred summer residence.
Then, we’ll stop by a nearby restaurant where we will take a break over a three course lunch.
Following a scenic drive, we will arrive at Pavlovsk Palace which is sure to impress with its exquisite design an ornate antiques. Our visit will be highlighted by the The Royal Bedchamber and The Royal Throne Room.
Next, we’ll head back to the city center and and stop again at Nevsky Prospect where you’ll have the opportunity to visit Your tour will continue with driving along St. Petersburg’s historical artery, Nevsky Prospect where you’ll have the opportunity to visit The Eliseyev Emporium.
This ornate and kitschy food hall was one of the only places permitted to sell imported goods during the Soviet Union. Today, they still offer delicacies from around the world to this day in it’s original grandeur.
Afterwards, we will head back to the seaport and you’ll take comfort in our guaranteed on-time return to the ship, just like cruise line shore excursions.
